Job summary

Missouri Department of Corrections is seeking qualified applicants for a Probation & Parole Assistant role. You will investigate offenders' home and work environments, counsel them on personal and adjustment issues, assist in vocational and educational planning, and prepare reports for court and agency teams.

Experience in offender data collection and reporting preferred.
Ability to document observations and outcomes clearly.

Responsibilities

Counsels offenders in homes, workplaces, or confinement and addresses personal/adjustment issues; attends court when assigned.
Assists in vocational/educational planning and coordinates with public/private agencies; investigates violations.
