The FPS delivers proactive, personalized planning and integrated financial solutions to help clients reach their goals and progress toward retirement readiness.

This role focuses on deepening client relationships beyond annual reviews, working within a technology-enabled advisory model to cover retirement income

Qualifications

• FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 required.
• Insurance license(s) must be obtainable within 90 days of hire.
• Minimum of 5 years of financial services experience.
• Experience working directly with clients in a financial planning, advisory, or wealth management capacity.
• Strong understanding of investment management and financial planning principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive financial planning conversations with clients.
• Review client plans, portfolios, and goals to identify opportunities.
• Proactively reach out to clients to deepen engagement and move planning to implementation.
• Coordinate with internal specialists when additional expertise is needed.
• Maintain strong documentation within the advisory platform.
• Manage scheduling, preparation, outreach, and follow-up with clients.
