Our client, a leading financial services organization with a significant national and international footprint, is seeking experienced Financial Planning Specialist to join its growing wealth management and advisory platform. The Financial Planning Specialist (FPS) delivers proactive, personalized financial planning and integrated financial solutions designed to help clients make confident decisions and progress toward their financial goals.
A key focus of this role is deepening client relationships beyond the traditional annual or semiannual review cadence. FPSs proactively identify opportunities for additional planning conversations based on changing goals, life events, retirement decisions, tax considerations, portfolio strategy, and other financial priorities. Operating within a team-based, technology-enabled advisory model, the FPS works with clients across retirement planning, investment management, comprehensive portfolio strategy, tax-efficient planning considerations, estate planning needs, and broader wealth management objectives. This is a direct client-facing advisory role supporting clients who already have managed investment relationships with the organization.

Compensation
Competitive base salary plus variable compensation, along with a comprehensive benefits package. Total compensation range with variable compensation target: $137,500-148,000.
