Qualifications

• Security Guard credential from the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance within 6 months of hire.
• Drivers License credentialed from the Tennessee Bureau of Motor Vehicles before hire date.
• BLS Provider preferred; American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Proactive Safety Missions: identify threats and execute immediate response plans to maintain a secure environment.
• Master High-Stakes Incident Management: investigate hazards and document details for risk mitigation.
• Champion Emergency Readiness Plans: master all alarm systems and emergency protocols for disasters or simulations.
• Ensure Public Safety and Assistance: provide clear guidance and a reassuring presence to help visitors navigate the facility safely.
