Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of experience in commercial banking, credit admin, underwriting support, risk management, loan servicing, or related role.
• Basic understanding of financial statement analysis, credit underwriting, and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct relationship reviews and ongoing risk monitoring for Business Banking clients using PRD.
• Renew eligible cash‑secured Letters of Credit via the PBU process.
• Monitor client credit compliance and address exceptions.
• Complete risk rating scorecards and maintain accurate assessments.
• Perform flood due diligence and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain data integrity across credit systems and docs.
• Analyze financial, operational, and credit data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Partner with Sales, Credit, and Risk to resolve issues and implement mitigations.
• Ensure timely follow‑up on loan monitoring requirements.
• Support portfolio quality with sound credit practices.
• Deliver strong client and partner support throughout the lifecycle.
