Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; handyman experience preferred.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and building codes.
• EPA 608 Universal certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential units (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry).
• Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC and appliances; coordinate with vendors for replacements.
• Paint and repair drywall; maintain clean, safe, and appealing interiors.
• Repair or replace flooring and prep units for apartment turns.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and respond to on-call maintenance requests.
• Maintain OSHA compliance and operate on-site with tenants, staff, vendors.
