Job summary

Novolex in Milesburg, PA is hiring a PM Maintenance Technician to proactively maintain production machinery and plant equipment, following preventive maintenance procedures.

The role requires 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience, knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, and ability to read prints and BOMs. The shift is 7am–3pm, Monday–Friday, with competitive starting pay of $25–$30 per hour and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years industrial field related experience.
• Thorough knowledge of mechanical devices and apparatus.
• Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools for repair of mechanical systems.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain production machines and plant equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical failures including pneumatic/hydraulic issues.
• Read mechanical prints, BOM data, and diagrams for installation/repair.
• Perform oil and lubrication cycles as per OEM specs.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and document maintenance in CM system.
