What To Expect

You’ll reach out to vehicle owners to inform them about a vehicle safety recall. You’ll also connect with dealerships to schedule an appointment for customers to have the issue fixed. Your call will alert customers to the safety issue, demonstrating that we care about their wellbeing and helping them resolve it so it doesn’t cause problems down the road.

Eligibility Requirements
  • One or more years of customer service experience (e.g., call center, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel, or any role with customer interaction)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Available to work shifts within the center's hours of operation: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. Eastern time; No weekends
  • Must be able to reliably adhere to the schedule, as some queues are time sensitive
  • Able to remain at your desk for long periods
