Overview

Location: Remote — Michigan residents. This is an entry-level, Monday-to-Friday job with benefits from home.

Pay Transparency: This position starts at $13 per hour.

What To Expect

You’ll reach out to vehicle owners to inform them about a vehicle safety recall and connect with dealerships to arrange appointments for customers to have the issue fixed. Your call will alert customers to the safety issue, showing you care about their wellbeing and helping them resolve the issue so it doesn’t cause problems down the road.

Tasks
  • Provide excellent customer service, representing a major domestic auto manufacturer
  • Make outbound calls and emails to customers and dealerships
  • Help with team projects
  • Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (phone, chats, emails and other communications as needed) with a positive attitude

Eligibility Requirements
  • One or more years of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role with customer interaction)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Available to work shifts within the center\'s hours of operation: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. Eastern time, no weekends
  • Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably, as some queues are time sensitive
  • Able to remain at your desk for long periods
