Job summary

DeVoe Cadillac in Naples, FL is actively seeking a full-time Lot Attendant to keep the lot organized, vehicles presentable, and operations running smoothly.

This hands-on role rewards self-motivation and the ability to work independently while supporting Sales and Service teams as priorities shift. You will move and stage vehicles, inspect for damage, and help maintain a clean, professional dealership environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely drive and maneuver vehicles of various sizes.
• Ability to perform the physical duties of an active lot position.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Receive, move, stage, and organize new, pre-owned, and customer vehicles throughout the dealership property.
• Keep vehicle inventory and lot areas organized, presentable, and dealership-ready.
• Work closely with the Sales and Service teams to locate, stage, and move vehicles based on daily priorities and customer needs.
• Regularly walk and monitor the lot to identify vehicles or areas that need attention.
• Take initiative to complete routine tasks without needing to be repeatedly directed or supervised.
• Help maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the dealership grounds and vehicle display areas.
• Inspect vehicles while moving or receiving them and immediately report any damage or concerns to management.
• Safely operate dealership vehicles and properly care for dealership equipment.
• Assist teammates and other departments when needed.
• Stay productive during slower periods by identifying and completing tasks that support the dealership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
