Job summary

DeVoe Cadillac in Naples, FL is seeking a full-time Lot Attendant who stays busy, takes initiative, and keeps the lot organized and looking its best. You'll move and stage vehicles, maintain cleanliness, and coordinate with Sales and Service to meet daily priorities. The role is hands-on, outdoors, and requires independence and strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Receive, move, stage, and organize vehicles across the lot.
• Keep inventory and lot areas organized and presentable.
• Coordinate with Sales and Service to move vehicles by priorities.
• Walk the lot to identify attention needs.
• Take initiative to complete tasks without direct supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness of dealership grounds and displays.
• Inspect vehicles and report damage.
• Safely operate dealership vehicles and equipment.
• Assist teammates and other departments.
• Stay productive during slower periods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
