Job summary

The Arizona Cardinals Football Club in Tempe, AZ is hiring a Team Cook – Full Time/Non-Exempt for the Nutrition Services department. The role supports football operations year-round and will begin on-site in Tempe, with a move to the new Training Facility in north Phoenix starting 2028.

You will prepare high-quality meals, manage prep and line cooks, follow FIFO, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate with the Executive Team Chef and FOH staff.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Formal culinary training in all areas of meal preparation, including scratch cooking, preferred.
• Two (2) years of experience as a line cook, preferred.
• One (1) year of experience in high volume/high-end catering or hot line, preferred.
• Food Handler Card required or obtainable on hire.

Responsibilities

• Prepare raw ingredients for line use, dressings, marinades, salads, grab-and-go items.
• Cook menu items according to recipes, schedules, and quality standards.
• Maintain clean, organized prep and cook stations and adhere to food safety.
