We are hiring for Pro Shop Attendants. Primary responsibilities include:

  1. Assisting the Head Golf Professional in planning, promoting, and directing all golf activities.
  2. Developing merchandise sales and promotions during holidays, special events, and slow sales periods.
  3. Ordering supplies for the golf shop as directed by the Head Golf Professional.
  4. Assisting with all tournament operations.
  5. Maintaining logs such as comps, rain checks, and monthly range logs.
  6. Completing customer transactions.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and club point of sale systems.
  • Understanding of club financials.
  • Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and responsiveness.
  • Knowledge of shop inventory management.
  • Attention to detail.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

  • Ability to walk, stand for long periods, sit, bend, and use hands for handling objects.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, including overhead lifting and pushing/pulling lighter objects.
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions, including temperatures over 90 and below 40 degrees.
  • Exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, and potentially loud noise levels.
