Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Product Sales Specialists to provide exceptional service.
• Maintain merchandise knowledge and installation understanding.
• Oversee department merchandising, pricing, and organization.
• Communicate SOP changes to associates in a timely manner.
• Manage forklift proficiency testing and safety compliance.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and assist with selections.
• Process checkout and returns using the POS; handle refunds per guidelines.
• Present how-to classes to customers.
• Stock and tag displays; create price tags and signs.
