Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. in Apple Valley, MN is seeking a training-focused Product Sales Specialist to lead development and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will guide associates, manage pricing and merchandising, and ensure accurate product knowledge across the floor. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of sales or customer service experience, and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop Product Sales Specialists to ensure top-tier customer service.
• Oversee merchandising, pricing and organization of the department.
• Complete product specialist certification courses and maintain knowledge of merchandise.
• Assist customers with product questions and selections; greet customers politely.
• Process transactions at POS and handle refunds/exchanges per guidelines.
• Communicate SOPs and changes to associates in a timely manner.
• Maintain safety standards including forklift operations certification.
