Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Training and Product Sales Specialist lead in Wisconsin to develop and coach Product Sales Specialists, ensuring customers receive exceptional service and accurate product information.

You will oversee merchandising, pricing, and the department’s organization, complete all required certifications, and communicate SOP changes to the team while greeting customers and assisting with product selections.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Commitment to safety and safe lifting practices.
• Willingness to complete product specialist certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide training to Product Sales Specialists.
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.
• Guide merchandising, pricing, and department organization.
• Greet customers and assist with product questions.
• Process checkout, refunds, and exchanges.
• Lead how-to classes for customers.
• Communicate SOP changes to associates.

PurposeThis position is responsible for training and developing Product Sales Specialists and ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience by receiving exceptional customer service and product information.Minimum Eligibility RequirementsHigh Scholl Diploma or GED1 year of customer service/sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the companyExcellent communication skills (verbal & written)Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentEssential FunctionsAct and work in a manner that is consistent with company’s core valuesDemonstrate a thorough understanding and compliance with the company’s safe lifting practices standard operating proceduresDemonstrate the ability to drive and teach the company philosophy around the basic P’s of retail.
