Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. in Chicago seeks a Training & Sales Associate to elevate customer service and product knowledge across the showroom. You will train Product Sales Specialists, certify staff, and ensure accurate merchandising, pricing, and signage while guiding guests to suitable items and completing transactions at the POS.

The role emphasizes safety, product expertise, and proactive customer engagement in a fast-paced retail setting with warehouse exposure.

Qualifications

• Complete product specialist certification courses.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate product knowledge and assist customers with selections.
• Provide direction to product sales specialists to ensure high customer service.
• Process sales at checkout using the POS system and handle refunds/exchanges per guidelines.
• Stock displays, create price tags, and ensure proper pricing and merchandising.
• Deliver customer how-to classes and communicate SOP changes to staff.
