A leading home improvement retailer in Port Saint Lucie is seeking a Pro Services Specialist to build relationships with professional clients and provide exceptional service. This role involves collaboration with store teams, extensive product knowledge, and the execution of various store initiatives. Qualifications

• 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation.
• Bilingual in Spanish or the most dominant language in the Store trade-area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute the PRO Services Blueprint to create a world class experience for PRO Customers.
• Support the PRO desk in-store with phone calls, manage orders, and customer support.
• Maintain extensive knowledge about Floor & Decor products.
• Promote PRO Credit Solutions and assist with PRO Customers in-store activities.
