Overview of the Position U.S. District Judge Dale A. Drozd is seeking applicants for a pro se law clerk position to work either remotely, in his Sacramento chambers, or a hybrid of both, for a term of at least one year. This position has been authorized to assist Judge Drozd with a large increase of immigration-related habeas corpus petitions filed in this court.
