Overview of the Position U.S. District Judge Jennifer L. Thurston is seeking well-qualified applicants for a Pro Se Law Clerk position in her Fresno chambers. Duties will include conducting extensive legal research and writing on a wide range of matters arising in federal litigation and assisting the judge with preparing for case-related hearings, conferences, trials, and caseload management.
