Job summary

Behr Paint Company seeks a Pro Sales Associate for a Home Depot store, focusing on professional painting contractors. You will build relationships, assist with product selection, mix paint, and ensure quick in-and-out service for pros.

You will work with Behr’s desk staff to meet contractors’ needs, pull and tint orders, and support in-store customers. Training is provided for software and processes.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality that helps build contractor relationships and drive service quality.
• Strong collaboration with Behr outside reps and Home Depot staff to fulfill orders and assist customers.
• Basic computer skills to log leads and manage CRM data, training provided if needed.
• Bilingual ability is a plus for a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• Support the Pro Desk and introduce yourself to contractors to understand their needs.
• Pull, tint, and ready orders for pickup, coordinating with store staff.
• Enter leads and contacts into Salesforce; participate in follow-ups for jobs and future needs.
• Provide excellent customer service to professional painters visiting the store.
