Job summary

Behr Paint Company at a Home Depot store is seeking a Pro Sales Associate to focus on professional painting contractors and their needs. You’ll work independently and with Behr’s Pro Desk staff to deliver the right products, mix paint, tint orders, and guide pros efficiently to keep their work moving.

You’ll build relationships with local pros, assist with product selection, and ensure a high-quality paint-store experience. Training provided; no prior sales experience required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No prior paint or sales experience needed; training provided.
• Basic computer skills required; Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Home Depot Pro Desk and greet contractors to identify needs.
• Build relationships with professional painters and manage their accounts.
• Pull and tint orders for pickup and assist with product selection.
• Enter leads into Salesforce and help maintain vendor relationships.
• Occasional lifting up to 75 lbs as part of in-store service.
