Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to professional customers, while promoting current sales and loyalty programs. You will assist with upselling, maintain store cleanliness, stock inventory, and engage with walk-in customers to understand needs.

Qualified candidates will have a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong English communication. Experience with delivery boards and retail service is a plus.

Qualifications

• Safe driving and navigation abilities.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, parts catalogs.
• English speaking and writing; Spanish a plus.
• Familiar with delivering parts to pro customers.
• Ability to locate and stock parts and assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stocking.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
