Advance Auto Parts in Vidalia, GA is seeking a parts driver to safely deliver parts to professional customers and to upsell products. You will handle returns, manage inventory, and collect accounts while maintaining a clean store environment.

The role requires strong English communication, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to learn about new products and sales techniques. Weekend availability is often needed in retail operations.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers while providing CPP with insights learned while making deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned
