Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Kentucky is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to professional customers. You will collect returns, promote sales, manage credit accounts and build strong relationships with key customers.

Ideal candidates have automotive parts experience, a valid license, and strong English communication. The role requires physical effort, customer service skills, and the ability to work varied shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Automotive parts experience is preferred.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
