Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is hiring a delivery driver to pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers and to pick up returns and cores. You will also distribute weekly flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs and manage daily credit accounts.

You will build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers, assist in upselling, keep inventory knowledge current, and ensure clean, organized store conditions. A valid license and automotive experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• English speaking; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; provide CPP insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
