Job summary

Talentify is seeking a delivery driver in Pelham, AL to pick, stage and safely deliver automotive parts to pro customers. You will also help with returns, promotions, credit collection, and inventory upkeep while building strong customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have strong English communication, basic math skills, and a willingness to learn. Weekend availability and a valid driver's license are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English clearly for customer interactions and documentation.
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, parts catalogs and procedures.
• Use basic math to handle transactions and measurements accurately.
• Be able to work a mixed schedule including days, evenings and weekends.
• Ability to engage customers and promote products and services.
• Willingness to learn about new products and sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores and manage related paperwork.
• Promote current sales and loyalty programs through flyers and interactions.
• Daily collection of credit accounts and maintain records.
• Build relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers and share insights.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling to increase average transaction value.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stocking, and inventory integrity.
• Engage walk-in customers to understand needs and recommend parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned.
