Job summary

Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking an on‑site Driver in Spencer, MA to deliver parts to pro customers, manage returns, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining strong customer relationships.

You will upsell products, stock shelves, and ensure a clean store environment, with safety as a priority. Required are a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license; automotive parts experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Pick up returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
