Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Newton, NJ is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick, stage, and safely deliver parts to pro customers. You will help with returns and cores, while promoting current sales and loyalty programs to MainStreet and National Pro accounts.

This role requires maintaining store cleanliness, stocking, inventory knowledge, and building strong customer relationships to improve service and sales performance.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Return pickups and cores; promote current sales and loyalty programs.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock levels.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand needs.
• Operate inventory systems and assist with cycle counts.
• Build relationships with customers to provide CPP insights.
