Job summary

Behr Paint Company is seeking a Pro Sales Associate to join our Home Depot Pro Desk team in San Bernardino, CA. You’ll work with professional painting contractors, help them find the right products, mix paint, and ensure fast in-and-out service so they can keep jobs moving.

No prior paint or sales experience required; we’ll train you. An outgoing, organized personality, basic computer skills to use Salesforce, and a willingness to learn are key. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• No prior paint or sales experience required; training provided.
• Ability to engage contractors and build relationships.
• Comfort with basic computer tasks and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Support Behr's Pro Desk, greeting contractors and assessing needs.
• Pull and tint orders for pickup; coordinate with Home Depot staff.
• Enter new leads and contacts into Salesforce; maintain records.
• Lift up to 75 lbs as needed to assist customers.
