What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales and revenue for assigned distribution in managed territories
- Manage multiple active sales opportunities at various end-user sites
- Establish and maintain customer relationships by understanding their business models
- Introduce new products and communicate promotions to customers and prospects
- Maintain a working sales plan with strategies to achieve annual sales forecasts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
- One (1) year of combined experience in Outside Sales/Inside Sales in a relevant environment
- Current, valid driver’s license is required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain productivity in various environments
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing work environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Account management experience
- Experience using Salesforce.com
- Previous home improvement or construction-related experience
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
