Job Title: Pro Paint Sales Specialist

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role:

As a CBG USAC Home Improvement Field Sales Representative, you will:

• Drive 3M sales and revenue within assigned distribution channels and territories.
• Manage multiple active sales opportunities across various end-user sites.
• Build and maintain customer relationships by understanding their business and sales models to influence purchase decisions.
• Introduce new products and communicate promotions effectively.
• Present and reinforce the 3M value proposition to differentiate us from competitors.
• Maintain and update a strategic sales plan to meet annual sales goals.
• Share best practices with the team to foster a positive environment.

Company Vehicle:

This role requires driving a company vehicle, with pre-employment and ongoing reviews of motor vehicle history, if applicable.

Your Skills and Expertise:

Minimum qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• At least one year of experience in Outside or Inside Sales in a relevant environment.
• Valid driver’s license.

Preferred additional skills and experience include:

• Account management experience.
• Salesforce.com familiarity.
• Solution selling, active listening, and commitment gaining skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments.
• Strong organizational skills for both in-field and remote work.
• Home improvement/construction experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Work Location & Travel:

Remote - Atlanta, GA. Travel may include up to 50% domestic.
