Responsibilities

• Litigate high-profile lawsuits to defend pro-life laws and advocates.
• Conduct legal research for cases; interview clients and witnesses.
• Draft complaints, motions, briefs, and other court submissions.
• Prepare and respond to written discovery; defend depositions.
• Represent clients in court and at administrative proceedings; interpret laws.
