Viwinco, Inc., a window and door manufacturer, seeks a 1st shift Production Worker in Morgantown, PA to assemble vinyl laminates and operate lamination equipment. The role includes setting up machines, cutting material to size, and ensuring quality while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Hours are 7:00am-3:30pm with overtime and Saturdays on occasion; compensation is $19.00/hr. Candidates should be reliable, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and work well in a team.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience a plus, but not required.
• Machine operator experience required.
• Detail oriented with good manual dexterity.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand directions.

Responsibilities

• Produce colored vinyl laminate lineals to meet production targets.
• Operate Profile Lamination machine and set up for various profiles.
• Cut lamination to size for different profiles.
• Follow production guidelines and specifications.
• Monitor line and remove faulty products.
• Communicate with Lead and Materials warehouse for inventory management.
• Load material to lamination machine and feed the process.
• Move finished material and keep workstation clean.
• Report issues to supervisor and adhere to safety standards.

Viwinco, Inc, a manufacturer of custom-made, high-performance, beautiful windows and patio doors, is seeking hard-working, dedicated and reliable 1st shift Production Workers to work at our Morgantown, PA headquarters. You will work within different areas of our production line which include, but not limited to assembling windows and patio doors, operate machinery when needed, ensure production standards are met, finalize products and prepare them for shipping.

We have an exciting opportunity for an1st shift Pro-Lamination Assemblerto come and be part of a successful and growing window and door manufacturing company.

Compensation:$19.00/hr

Hours:7:00am-3:30pm (must be reliable); overtime and Saturdays occasionally required.

Responsibilities:

• Produce colored vinyl lineals to meet production targets.
• Operate Profile Lamination machine and perform equipment setup for various profiles.
• Cut lamination to size for various profiles.
• Follow production guidelines and specifications.
• Monitor the line and remove faulty products.
• Communicate with Lead and Materials warehouse for inventory management.
• Load material to lamination machine from vinyl racks to feed the process.
• Remove completed material from lamination machine.
• Move full racks of material by hand using dollies.
• Reporting any issues to the supervisor on duty.
• Following health and safety standards and wear appropriate PPE.
• Maintain equipment and ensure a clean workstation and production floor.
• Performing other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Manufacturing experience a plus, but not required.

• Able to operate a forklift a plus
• Ability to communicate effectively.
