Job summary

E3R Cleaning is seeking a Pro House Cleaner to deliver a spotless experience for residential clients in Norfolk and the Hampton Roads area. You will work with a small, dependable team that takes pride in doing the job right the first time, without shortcuts.

You will clean homes per a detailed checklist, communicate respectfully with clients and teammates, and help keep equipment, supplies, and the vehicle organized. A valid driver's license and reliability are essential.

As a Pro House Cleaner with E3R Cleaning, you'll deliver a consistently spotless, five-star experience for our residential clients across Norfolk and the surrounding Hampton Roads area. Schedule & Compensation

This is a part-time, hourly position with a flexible weekday schedule (typically Monday–Friday, daytime hours). Pay is competitive and based on experience, with opportunities for tips, mileage reimbursement, and performance bonuses.
