Job summary

MaidPro in Kissimmee, Florida, seeks dedicated cleaning professionals to join our team and deliver exceptional service. You will be responsible for cleaning residential homes using our proven procedures and products while ensuring high standards of cleanliness.

No previous experience is necessary as we will provide comprehensive training. Enjoy competitive pay between $16 and $18 per hour along with a flexible schedule, performance-based incentives, and a supportive work culture.

Qualifications

• Reliable car and smartphone are mandatory.
• No cleaning experience required – on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

• Perform interior cleaning and sanitation in bathrooms and kitchens.
• Dust and vacuum all types of flooring.

Daily Responsibilities

• Professionally clean residential homes using MaidPro’s 49‑point checklist, cleaning procedures, and products.
• Perform interior cleaning.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, toilets, showers, and sinks.
• Scrub and sanitize all kitchen fixtures and appliances.
• Dust ceilings, light fixtures, picture frames, tables, and chairs.
• Vacuum and mop all types of flooring.
• Home organization, staging, and beautification.

Experience and Requirements

• No cleaning experience required – we will train you!
• Reliable car and smartphone.
• Punctual and reliable with strong time‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented and love to make things look good and shine.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Willing to work in homes that have pets.
