MaidPro Fort Lauderdale is hiring residential cleaning professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional service. We provide training, so no prior cleaning experience is required.

You’ll earn a base rate of $16 per hour, with daily tips, bonuses, and a $300 sign-on bonus, plus a flexible schedule that fits your life. Join a friendly, supportive team and help families keep their homes clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Punctual and reliable with strong time management.
• Detail-oriented and able to make things look good and shine.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and transportation for work.
• Must have a smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Professionally clean residential homes using MaidPro’s 49-point checklist, procedures and products.
• Perform interior cleaning.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, toilets, showers and sinks.
• Scrub and sanitize kitchen fixtures and appliances.
• Dust ceilings, light fixtures, pictures, tables and chairs.
• Vacuum and mop all flooring types.
• Organize and stage homes to beautify spaces.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Professionally clean residential homes using MaidPro’s 49-point checklist, cleaning procedures, and products.
• Performing interior cleaning.
• Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, toilets, showers, and sinks.
• Scrubbing and sanitizing all kitchen fixtures and appliances.
• Dusting ceilings, light fixtures, picture frames, tables, and chairs.
• Vacuuming and mopping all types of flooring.
• Home organization, staging, and beautification.
