MaidPro is seeking dependable team members to professionally clean residential homes in Arlington, VA. No prior cleaning experience is required, and we provide thorough training to ensure high standards.

Expect a flexible schedule, friendly coworkers, and opportunities to grow within a supportive culture. You’ll perform interior cleaning, sanitize bathrooms and kitchens, dust surfaces, and help keep homes organized and inviting for clients.

Qualifications

• We will train you; no cleaning experience required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Punctual and reliable with strong time management.
• Detail-oriented and able to make spaces look clean and presentable.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Willing to work in homes with pets.

Responsibilities

• Professionally clean residential homes using MaidPro’s 49-point checklist, cleaning procedures, and products.
• Perform interior cleaning.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, toilets, showers, and sinks.
• Scrub and sanitize kitchen fixtures and appliances.
• Dust ceilings, light fixtures, picture frames, tables, and chairs.
• Vacuum and mop all flooring types.
• Organize, stage, and beautify homes.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Professionally clean residential homes using MaidPro’s 49-point checklist, cleaning procedures, and products.
• Performing interior cleaning.
• Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, toilets, showers, and sinks.
• Scrubbing and sanitizing all kitchen fixtures and appliances.
• Dusting ceilings, light fixtures, picture frames, tables, and chairs.
• Vacuuming and mopping all types of flooring.
• Home organization, staging, and beautification.

Experience and Requirements:
