Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with Pro customers.
• Proactively drive sales by leveraging product knowledge, loyalty programs, and tailored recommendations.
• Meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive store sales.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment.
• Resolve delivery issues and communicate Home Depot’s advantages over competitors.
• Monitor inventory, execute sales initiatives, and uphold high standards of customer service and safety.
