As a Pro Delivery & Logistics Intern at Lowe's, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting the teams responsible for delivering products and services to our professional customers - including contractors, tradespeople, and service providers. Summer Internship Program

What You Will Learn

• Gain an understanding of Pro delivery, fulfillment, pickup, replenishment, and logistics operations.
• Support projects that improve Final Mile, Bulk, and Job Site Delivery experiences for Pro customers.
• Analyze operational performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Merchandising, Store Operations, and Pro teams on business initiatives.
• Support process improvement and operational efficiency projects using data and business insights.
• Assist with reporting, presentations, and recommendations for key delivery and logistics initiatives.
• Gain exposure to project management, inventory planning, and cross‑functional business operations.
• Present findings and recommendations to business partners and leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Business, Operations, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Expected graduation dates of December 2027 or May 2028.

Preferred Skills/Experience

• 3.0 cumulative GPA.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Interest in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Retail Operations, or Pro Services.
• Ability to analyze information, identify trends, and communicate insights effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn about complex business and operational processes.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, dashboards, or visualization tools is a plus.
• Relevant internship, project, coursework, or work experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Analytics, or Business is a plus.
• Experience in a leadership position at work or within a campus organization is a plus.
