Job summary

A professional audio company is seeking a Design Sales Engineer to support integrators, consultants, and distribution partners by providing system design and technical sales support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in professional audio and AV systems design, along with experience in live sound engineering and retail pro audio sales. This role involves leading sales operations and collaborating with industry stakeholders to specify audio systems for various environments, fostering business growth across states.

Qualifications

Experience in professional audio, live sound, AV systems design, and technical support across multiple industry roles.
Background spanning retail pro audio sales, live sound engineering, AV installation, manufacturing, and inside sales for several industry brands.
Experience with programming, audio-video design, and pre-sales engineering for complex commercial AV projects.

Responsibilities

Supporting integrators, consultants, and distribution partners with system design, pre-sales engineering, and technical sales support across the company's product portfolio.
Leading sales operations for the country in working closely with consultants, integrators, rental companies, dealers, and end users to support business growth.
Collaborating with integrators and consultants to specify loudspeaker systems across hospitality, retail, education, house of worship, and outdoor environments.
