Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors professionally.
• Answer calls and direct to appropriate staff.
• Serve as primary communication liaison between physicians, nurses, therapists and other departments.
• Maintain patient medical records in EMR.
• Assist with admissions, transfers and discharges.
