Job summary

Goodwin Living in Alexandria, Virginia, seeks a dedicated CNA to support residents with daily living activities, following individualized care plans. The role includes helping with bathing, grooming, mobility, and feeding, plus assisting with light meal prep, housekeeping, and reminders for medications.

Schedule:Night Shift (11 p.m. - 7 a.m.)every other weekend

Pay:Up to $22.50 per hour depending on department plus shift differentials!

Job Duties

• Assist Goodwin Living residents with activities of daily living (e.g., bathing, grooming, dressing, locomotion, feeding) in accordance with individualized care plan.
• Assist Goodwin Living residents with independent activities of daily living (e.g., light meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, medication reminders) in accordance with individualized care plan.
• Assist resident in meeting their personal care needs and provided individualized attention while encouraging resident involvement in self-care.

Job Requirements

• Current CNA license with the Virginia Board of Nursing
• Current CPR license
• At least one year of CNA experience
