Job summary

Goodwin Living in Alexandria, VA seeks an RN for evening shifts to administer medications, assess residents, and coordinate care within a household setting. You will document interventions, resident responses, and communicate with physicians and the health team to ensure quality care.

You will also oversee Care Partners, help develop short and long-term goals, and participate in creating individualized care plans for residents. Virginia licensure and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved RN program.
• Must have current licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia or compact state of residence.
• Must have current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Medication administration, assessment, and coordination of care for assigned residents on their household.
• Document nursing interventions, resident response, and outcomes; communicate with physicians and Health Team members.
• Provide direct oversight for Care Partners ensuring quality of care.
• Develop short and long term goals and Care Plans for residents.

Shift:Evening Shift (3 p.m. to 11 p.m.)

Location:Alexandria, VA

Pay:Weoffer competitive pay for RNs ranging from $46.50 to $48 per hourplus shift differentials!

Job Duties
