Job summary

Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital in Georgia is seeking a vascular technologist to perform inpatient and outpatient vascular ultrasound testing, including 2D and Doppler imaging, with comprehensive documentation.

The role requires BCLS, ARDMS/RVT or RVS eligibility within 1 year, and graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited vascular sonography program or equivalent per IAC. Prior experience is welcome but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAAHEP accredited vascular sonography program.
• In lieu of education, equivalent experience per IAC accepted.
• BCLS certification required; ARDMS/RVT or RVS eligibility within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Perform inpatient and/or outpatient vascular ultrasound testing, including 2D and Doppler imaging and physiologic testing.
• Provide complex technical care with ultrasound for adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients and document preliminary exam findings.
