Job summary

Medical City Frisco is seeking an Ultrasound Tech PRN to perform diagnostic, neuro and vascular ultrasound exams with a patient-centered approach. You will educate patients and support department goals within the HCA Healthcare network.

Qualified candidates have RDMS and RVT certifications, BLS within 30 days, and at least 1 year of experience in sonography. The position requires on-site work at Medical City Frisco.

Qualifications

• BLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• RDMS certification required.
• RVT certification must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
• Graduate of a professional school of Sonography.
• 1+ years of ultrasound experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs and assists with diagnostic, neuro and vascular ultrasound procedures with focus on patient care and education.
• Supports and helps achieve departmental goals.
• Participates in and promotes Excellence Always initiatives including service recovery.
