Job summary

Bella Terra La Grange, a premier skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in La Grange, IL, is seeking a Treatment Nurse to join our friendly, caring team. You will perform skin treatments, obtain orders from physicians, help develop treatment care plans, and ensure residents receive the high standard of care they expect.

Candidates should have an Illinois RN license, CPR certification, at least 3 years RN experience in a skilled nursing setting, and ideally CNA experience.

Qualifications

• As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Illinois RN license and CPR certification.
• Three (3) years of RN experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting.
• One (1) year of experience as a CNA is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Perform skin treatments and provide detailed charting and progress notes.
• Obtain treatment orders from physicians and assist with care plans.
• Conduct resident assessments and ensure comfort and safety.

As a Treatment Nurse you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect atBella TerraLaGrangeby performing skin treatments for our residents, obtaining treatment orders from physicians, assisting with developing treatment care plans, performing resident assessments and providing detailed charting and progress notes. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
