Job Title:PRN CAOHC Certified DOEHRS Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependablePRN CAOHC CertifiedDOEHRS Specialistto travel with us to support the National Guard Hearing Conservation Programs across multiple sites. This flexible, as-needed position involves traveling to National Guard units Nationwide to conduct hearing tests and ensure accurate data entry into the Defense Occupational and Environmental Health Readiness System - Hearing Conservation (DOEHRS-HC) database.

This is an ideal opportunity for professionals with audiometric experience and a passion for supporting the health and readiness of our service members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audiometric testing in compliance withDoDandNational Guard Bureau (NGB)guidelines
  • Accurately input test data intoDOEHRS-HCand ensure database integrity
  • Set up, calibrate, and maintain mobile audiometric equipment
  • Maintain compliance withHIPAA,OSHA, and military-specific regulations
  • Travel to National Guard sites (statewide or nationwide) as scheduled
  • Provide courteous, professional interaction with military members and staff

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • CAOHC certification(Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation)
  • Previous experience withDOEHRS-HCor audiometric testing
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently (including weekends or extended trips)
  • Strong attention to detail and data management skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to operate rental or company vehicles

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with military or government agencies
  • Familiarity with military structure, particularly National Guard units

Job Details:

  • Schedule:PRN (as-needed); based on schedules and travel availability
  • Compensation:Competitive hourly rate (DOE)
  • Travel:All travel expenses reimbursed in accordance with company policy
