Job summary

Functional Pathways is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our therapy team serving Westwood Ridge and surrounding facilities in the Metro Minneapolis/Saint Paul area. This role includes travel across our Vivie senior living communities and delivering high-quality care to residents.

You will screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plans and collaborate with physicians to adjust plans of care. Candidates should have a PT degree, licensure, and strong communication skills for a compassionate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master’s or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state license required and licensure established by state boards.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and clinical programs.
• Ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.
• Screenings, certifications, and licensure must be completed; location-specific requirements may vary.
