Job Details: Job Location: Ridgecrest Retirement and Healthcare Community - Waco, TX 76712, Job Shift: Day, Job Summary: We are seeking a Transportation Driver to join our team. The Transportation Driver will be responsible for transporting individuals, including the elderly and people with developmental disabilities, to and from designated locations.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers to and from various destinations
• Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle
• Ensure the vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and fueled
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
• Maintain accurate records of trips and passenger details

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Certified Nursing Assistant certification
• Texas Driver's License with a responsible driving record
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and the elderly
• Knowledge of patient care and caregiving practices
• Familiarity with medical terminology and medical office procedures
• Understanding of critical care situations
• Proficiency in handling Durable Medical Equipment (DME)
• CPR Certified
• Other duties as assigned.
